Shipping Policy

1) Delivery & Shipping Scope
Where we deliver: We ship webshop orders to the residential or business address you provide. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery days: Deliveries take place on business days that are not public holidays in your country or in the region of our distribution centre.
Delivery times: Any delivery times shown are indicative—not strict deadlines. Exceeding an estimated delivery time does not entitle you to compensation.
Multiple-item orders: We may consolidate items into one shipment or split deliveries at no extra cost to you.
2) Furniture Deliveries
Scheduling: Delivery of furniture is arranged in consultation with you.
Where we deliver furniture: Indoor, ground-floor delivery only. The final delivery location must be easily accessible.
Safety & access: The carrier may refuse delivery if the location requires special treatment or actions (e.g., hoisting, narrow staircases, unsafe access). In such cases, shipping costs are not refunded.
3) Product Availability & Order Changes
Before your order is concluded: If we discover an item is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent alternative (comparable quality, price, and function). You’re not obliged to accept it.
After your order is concluded: If delivery becomes impossible, we will refund all amounts paid.
4) Complaints & Returns Window
How long do I have? All complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your goods (legal period).

5) Return Guidelines (We Organise the Return)
Given the specific nature of our products, Porters Antwerp organises all returns.
To start a return:
- Email: Send an email to info@portersantwerp.com and include your original order confirmation or invoice.
- Acknowledgement (within 3 business days): We will confirm receipt and arrange transport.
- Scheduling: You’ll be contacted by Porters Antwerp or the transport company to schedule collection.
- Inspection & Refund: After inspection in our warehouse, we’ll process your refund.
6) Refunds & Deductions
When we refund: Returned products are inspected. If there is a manufacturing defect or deviation from specifications, we refund or replace.
Cooling-off within 14 days: If your withdrawal is reported within 14 days, we refund the full purchase price.
Return transport costs: The cost of return transport will be deducted from your refund.
Payment method: Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Condition of goods: If the product is damaged due to your actions or shows use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, Porters Antwerp may deduct a reduction in value. You can avoid this by not using the product and handling it carefully.
