From the 1990s to Country Charm
These enthusiastic clients had previously purchased several pieces from Porters Antwerp. When they decided to transform their 1990s-style home into a timeless country interior, they turned to us for guidance.
Porters Antwerp provided design advice and styling. After a brief apprenticeship in our workshop, the client was ready to put the techniques into practice themselves.
Our Guidance Inspires Hands-On Creation
The first contact was made during a visit to our showroom, where the client’s enthusiasm quickly became clear. When the couple decided to refresh their dated home, we offered guidance and design direction.
Intrigued by our craft, the husband joined a short workshop to master our signature techniques - allowing them to breathe new life into their home with their own hands.
Walls and furniture were painted, floors and cabinets were softened in tone. The 1990s disappeared, giving way to a young, inviting country atmosphere. Whenever challenges arose, our craftsmen were ready to assist.
When the work was complete, we curated the interior around the pieces they had previously purchased from us.
Several rooms have already been transformed, while others - including the orangerie, bedrooms, and bathrooms - are next in line, soon to receive the same warm, pastoral charm.
